Tim Amyx is an expert in Project and Portfolio Management with over 15 years of experience delivering projects and programs, leading cross-functional teams, establishing and managing PMOs, and creating, improving, and standardizing processes. He is also skilled in training and coaching others. His work spans diverse portfolios across federal and state governments, as well as the healthcare, service, engineering, manufacturing, aviation, aerospace, and IT industries—demonstrating capabilities that bring value to any organization.
Tim has leveraged his expertise to mentor professionals both on the job and in the classroom, serving as a business school professor in graduate-level courses on process improvement and project management. He holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP #2144318), PMI-PMO Certified Professional (#4043626), and Six Sigma Green Belt. He also earned a Master of Science in Project Management and an MBA.
